Oakmont Management Group seeks a Care Provider for Oakmont of the Lales in Las Vegas. This full-time position runs 6am to 2pm, offering pay between $15.00 and $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Good written and verbal communication with staff, residents, and families.
• Must pass background check and health screenings, including TB tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report observed changes in residents to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
