Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions seeks a Part-Time Resident Care Team Member at Reserve at Mills Farm to provide compassionate personal care in a memory care community. You will assist residents with ADLs, meals, and activities across all shifts, while maintaining dignity and safety. Training and a supportive team are offered.

Responsibilities include observing changes, documenting to regulatory standards, and collaborating with the Resident Care Coordinator to ensure quality care and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma/GED.
• 80-hour personal care training certificate required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and daily routines.
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities.
• Assist in dining room: serving meals and clearing tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Observe and report changes to Resident Care Coordinator.
