American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Paramus, NJ. You’ll bring the brand to life in-store, creating an amazing shopping experience and promoting AE/Aerie products with passion and integrity.

You’ll educate guests, drive loyalty, and collaborate with the team across multiple store zones to ensure customer delight. Ideal candidates are energized by people, able to handle busy periods, and committed to AE’s policies while helping guests find perfect solutions

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering great shopping experiences.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Eagerness to learn AE & Aerie product details.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
