Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Identity Intelligence Instructor for a mission-focused program in the McLean, Virginia area.

The instructor will deliver high-quality, instructor-led training in person, adapt to trainees with varying backgrounds, and provide timely feedback to support learning objectives. The role requires prior instructional experience and the ability to work 0800-1500 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) with required experience in Identity Intelligence.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Minimum of one year of Identity Intelligence experience.
• Baseline knowledge of all-source intelligence.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work core training hours 0800-1500.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, in-person training courses lasting up to one month on established schedules.
• Prepare and present training briefings, course materials, and instructional content.
• Facilitate classroom discussions and instructor-led practical exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
• Administer, review and evaluate worksheets, exercises, and trainee performance assessments.
• Provide ad-hoc one-on-one training and external training.
• Assist with development and editing of course materials to account for changes in priorities and/or policies.
• Identify performance gaps or learning needs.
• Foster a professional learning environment that promotes engagement, participation, and successful completion of course objectives.
