Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Identity Intelligence Instructor for a mission-focused program in the McLean, Virginia area. The Instructor will deliver high-quality, in-person training to diverse trainees and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities include delivering month-long courses, preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and evaluating trainee work while maintaining professional standards throughout training hours (0800-1500).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience as an instructor delivering in-person training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to give objective feedback.
• Baseline knowledge of all-source intelligence and identity intelligence.
• Ability to work core training hours (0800-1500).

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, in-person training courses lasting up to one month on established schedules.
• Prepare and present training briefings, course materials, and instructional content.
• Facilitate classroom discussions and instructor-led practical exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
• Administer, review and evaluate worksheets, exercises, and trainee performance assessments.
• Provide ad-hoc one-on-one training and external training.
• Assist with development and editing of course materials to account for changes in priorities and/or policies.
