Qualifications

• Experience in supporting elderly and Alzheimer's populations preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers is essential.
• Requires physical endurance for standing, sitting, bending, and assisting residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Coordinate the daily programming schedule for residents.
• Support entertainment coordination with guests and instructors.
• Ensure resident safety during outings and transportation.
