Job summary

Go Store It is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Associate for our Rogers, AR storage facility. You will perform on-site upkeep, fix minor issues, and assist customers to keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.

The role involves daily property checks, small repair tasks, and turnover cleaning. No degree is required, and PTO eligibility, advancement opportunities, and provided tools are part of the job package.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything out of place.
• Fix small items such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the facility clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and during trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep, clean, and prepare them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are working.
• Assist customers on-site as needed.
• Maintain an orderly and safe environment so the property looks right and runs smoothly.
