Qualifications

• Background in customer service or sales across retail, restaurant, or service industries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make recommendations, including packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections when required.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior areas.
