Public Storage is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service - Self Storage Manager. The role focuses on welcoming customers, assessing storage needs, and facilitating payments with no late shifts.

Shifts are 4 hours, such as 10 am–2 pm or 1 pm–5 pm, offering a flexible schedule. Earn $17.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package once 20+ hours weekly are reached, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments.
• Ability to work 4-hour shifts with flexible scheduling.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make product recommendations.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure readiness.
• Audit cash drawers and assist with bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Assist customers with payments and follow up on reminders when needed.
