Job summary

Public Storage is hiring for Property Manager roles across our locations in the Phoenix area. Earn $17.00 per hour with flexible, full-time schedules from 9:30am to 6pm (weekends until 5pm).

Roles involve working at multiple properties, assessing storage needs, upselling packing supplies, and performing daily unit inspections. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, sick time, and life insurance, plus mileage reimbursement and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant or service-based roles.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required (to travel between properties).
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds and work outdoors/in various locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
