• Walk the property daily to inspect for trash, damage, light issues, leaks, or other anomalies.
• Fix small maintenance tasks such as lock replacement, light repair, door adjustments, toilet repairs, and perform simple paint or patch work.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and ensure efficient trash removal.
• Turn over units after move‑outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for new renters.
• Verify gates, lights, and alarm systems are functioning properly.
• Assist customers on site who need help or have questions.
• Ensure the facility is well‑maintained, clean, and presents a professional appearance.
