Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC in Fort Mohave, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Self-Storage Maintenance Associate to keep the Go Store It facility clean, safe and fully operational. On-site duties include daily property walks, basic repairs and assisting customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. No college degree is required; PTO is offered along with opportunities for promotion and supplied tools.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, light outages, leaks, and other problems.
• Repair small items such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and perform simple paint or patch work.
• Keep the facility clean – hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash areas.
• Prepare units after move-outs by sweeping, cleaning, and getting them ready for new renters.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are functioning.
• Assist customers on site as needed.
• Maintain overall appearance and smooth operation of the property.
