Job summary

Lampe Management Company is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for our Fayetteville self-storage facility. You will work both inside the leasing office with customers and outside on the site to keep the facility clean for tenants.

The position offers weekends & holidays, up to 29 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate and a $15.00 per lease bonus commission. No prior self-storage experience is required, and a reliable driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Experience in retail or real estate is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the leasing office and process rental payments.
• Leasing and showing self-storage units to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and common areas.
• Answer phones during office hours and support office duties.
