Lampe Management Company is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Smithfield, NC locations. You will lease self-storage units, collect rent, and handle phone inquiries with a friendly, sales-focused approach.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and pre-employment checks. This position offers an hourly rate with a weekend/holiday differential and a monthly lease bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Must own reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license.
• Background and driving record check, pre-employment drug screen, and physical required.

Part‑Time Sales Associate – Smithfield, NC

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self‑storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility. Leasing self‑storage units involves keeping the office open during the posted hours and answering the phone. Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone. Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self‑storage units in rent ready condition. This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public

Hours

• Part Time Position – up to 29 hours per week
