Ample Storage in Ocean Isle Beach, NC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to lease storage units, collect rent, and keep the facility clean and rent-ready. The role emphasizes sales and customer interaction with the public during posted hours.

You'll open the office, answer phones, and handle payments in-person or over the phone, with a weekend/holiday schedule and pay differential. A $15 monthly bonus per lease is available in addition to competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Must own reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid and maintain State Driver’s License.
• Background & Driving Record Check, Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Physical Required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Associate is responsible for leasing self-storage units, collecting rent and maintaining the facility. Leasing self-storage units involves keeping the office open during the posted hours and answering the phone. Collecting rent from tenants involves accurately processing payments in the leasing office & over the phone. Maintaining the storage facility involves keeping the leasing office clean & neat as well as maintaining all vacant self-storage units in rent ready condition. This is a fun, sales focused job with a wide variety of office & onsite duties working directly with the public.

HOURS

Part Time Position ~ Up to 29 hours per week

Weekend, weekday & holidays availability necessary!

Competitive hourly rate (pay differential for weekends & holidays) plus $15.00 per lease monthly bonus

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent required


• Minimum age of21 years’ old


• Must own Reliable Transportation


• Must have a Valid and maintain StateDriver’s License

The location will be at our new Ample Storage facility, 591 Meadow Summit Road, Ocean Isle, NC 28469.
