Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Site Monitor in Orangeburg, SC. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, and provide customer service to employees and visitors at a technology location.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, maintaining logs, and following site procedures. Must have 2+ years in security, a valid driver’s license, and availability for the specified schedule; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology and manufacturing location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and report according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Communicate observations and incidents professionally with site personnel and leadership.
