Job Description

We are seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The Security Shift Supervisor will serve as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized parameters.

Requirements

• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and work outside for extended durations.
• Work independently during shifts.
• Manage and supervise staff according to client and AUS standards.
• Minimum 2+ years of security experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Part-time/hourly position, paid weekly.
• Available shifts: Evening 3PM - 11PM on Saturday and Sunday.
• Compensation: $20/hour.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly and legibly.
• Ability to understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.
• Driving position requirements: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, minimum insurance coverage, and safe vehicle operation ability.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs/ramps/ladders, and stand/walk for long periods.
