Security personnel must be certified, trained, and assigned to various standing, sitting, and walking posts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all guard posts during shifts
• Maintain understanding of each post's responsibilities and fill in for vacancies
• Ensure all posts are covered and notify MNAA of any incidents
• Communicate via radio or cell phone to coordinate with MNAA

Qualifications

• Current guard card license as required by law
• Pass a 10-panel drug test
• Pass a criminal history check and employment verification
• Motor vehicle record check

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Fluent in English
• High integrity with strong security skills and judgment
• Computer skills and necessary licenses/certifications
