Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Shift Supervisor for the Downtown Chicago CRE properties. The role focuses on supervising security staff, coordinating shift activities, and ensuring quality service on a designated shift.

You will liaise with site supervisors and managers, coach officers, and help maintain safety, incident reporting, and customer service excellence on site. Flexible availability across days and shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and public.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
