Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must pass a background investigation and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality services on shift at assigned customer.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, managers, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff.
• Handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
