Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and deliveries per site access protocols and direct individuals to entry points.
• Operate screening equipment and escalate concerns to site leadership or emergency responders as needed.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and document observations and actions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
