Qualifications

• Access control or badge handling experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; conduct site-specific security procedures and access screening.
• Screen individuals and permitted items at access points using established procedures and screening equipment.
• Verify identification, credentials, and visitor authorization; direct to check-in locations as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations to site contacts.
• Maintain accurate screening logs, incident documentation, and shift activity reports.
