• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology manufacturing site.
• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and vehicles according to entry requirements and verify credentials.
• Monitor screening equipment and access control activity, and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document details.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and entry points to deter unauthorized access.
