Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at the technology data center.
• Screen individuals, credentials, packages, and deliveries per access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation procedures.
• Conduct patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
