Responsibilities

• Answer telephone promptly and professionally; relay messages to appropriate personnel.
• Document daily absence callouts and relay messages to supervisors.
• Monitor security systems and ensure doors and entrances are secure.
• Perform patrols of buildings and exterior areas.
• Sign-in visitors and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Deliver packages and assist with transportation of staff as needed.
• Prepare incident reports for unusual occurrences and safety concerns.
