Qualifications

Guard card or license preferred.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
Drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors at a retail location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Monitor entrances, exits, sales areas, and other locations for unusual activity and policy violations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter theft, trespassing, and unauthorized activity.
Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and other site duties while maintaining a professional presence.
