Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in San Francisco, CA to safeguard clients across commercial real estate and other sites. You’ll perform patrols, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while upholding site procedures.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, building interiors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support authorized entry to commercial real estate facilities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation protocols.
Document daily activities, patrol findings, incidents, and security-related concerns in clear and accurate reports.
