Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facility buildings and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and report appropriately.
• Document patrol findings and report concerns promptly.
