Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting security-related screening procedures at a healthcare purchasing and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific access control, screening, and visitor-management policies.
• Inspect bags, packages, and other authorized items using established screening procedures and report prohibited or suspicious items to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, loading areas, and the perimeter while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns.
