Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• A drug screen may be required prior to employment.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and access-control requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor authorization per site requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation for Allied Universal and site management.
