Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Patrol Driver (Part Time) in Horicon, WI. You will serve and safeguard clients, conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

This unarmed, patrol-focused role offers a flexible schedule with daytime and overnight shifts. A valid driver’s license is required; alarm panel or badge experience is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security-related procedures and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized entry attempts or irregular conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site procedures and document observations.
• Maintain a professional presence and provide directions and assistance to staff, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel.
