Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Driving Security Officer in Sturtevant, WI to protect clients and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The role includes unarmed patrols, a visible presence, and exceptional customer service at retail locations.

You must have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving history. Shifts run Fri and Sat nights 10 PM to 6 AM, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall areas as assigned.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document activities per site procedures.
• Maintain clear reports and communicate with leadership and responders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail and mall common areas, tenant spaces, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to help identify and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and potential security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to site procedures.
• Maintain clear, accurate reports and communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and local responders when needed.
