Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols at the site, including exterior areas and perimeter access points.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic; deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following escalation and reporting protocols.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and daily activities; communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
