Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Daggett, CA. The role involves unarmed patrols of utility locations, exceptional customer service, and use of our shift-claim platform to build a flexible schedule.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and a background check, with wages posted at $18.00 per hour. The successful candidate will conduct patrols, verify access credentials, respond to alarms, and maintain detailed logs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a utility location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report access concerns or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs; communicate observations and security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
