Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing as required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and staff.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of property areas and report findings.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following site procedures.
• Monitor access and report unauthorized entry or property concerns.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports.
