Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• A drug screen is required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws; a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution facility grounds, loading areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery driver check-in procedures per site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
