Allied Universal in Dedham, MA is seeking a part-time Security Officer for Patrol and Customer Support at a media and technology location. You will provide security and customer service, monitor entrances, and respond calmly to incidents while using tablets and basic computer tools.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-related concerns calmly following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs and incident documentation.
