Job summary

Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking a part-time Security Officer Patrol to safeguard clients across hotel and commercial properties. You will maintain a visible presence, handle access control, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

This role offers flexible DayTime shifts and a pay rate of $22 per hour. A guard card or license and a high school diploma are preferred, with background checks and a drug screen conducted as required by law.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted per applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and responses.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter, observing and reporting unusual activity.
• Assist with access control and visitor guidance in accordance with site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity through required reports.
