Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Deterrence Patrol in Concord, MA. You will provide customer service, patrol premises, and respond to incidents to support a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.

The role offers a Mon & Fri 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM schedule with pay at $23.00 per hour. CPR preferred; applicants must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles), complete a background check and drug screen, and may

Qualifications

CPR certification preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner, coordinating with hospital staff and first responders as needed.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and assist with directions and security-related requests.
Document incidents and communicate information to leadership and site representatives.
