Job summary

Allied Universal in Louisville, KY is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Patrol Awareness) at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will monitor areas, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

You will follow a part-time schedule (Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and use our Claim a Shift platform to build your shifts. Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of warehouse, loading dock, offices, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Communicate patrol observations and security concerns to Allied Universal leadership.
