Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time in Mt Pleasant, WI to protect clients across multiple industries. The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule and opportunities to learn through the Claim a Shift platform.

You will monitor premises, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service as part of a trusted security team. The position requires unarmed security duties at a logistics location, with duties including patrols, access monitoring, and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access to the distribution location, verify authorized entry, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
