Job summary

Allied Universal in Washington, DC is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver. The role offers reliable, fixed shifts with an option to pick up additional shifts through our platform, allowing you to increase earnings while gaining varied site experience.

The position pays 19.00 USD per hour, requires a valid driver’s license and 21+ years age for certain roles, and includes a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail store and parking areas.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly following site procedures.
• Assist with access control, receipt checks, and monitoring areas as directed.
• Document incidents and communicate findings to site leadership.
