Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver at our Sterling, VA data center. You will provide customer-focused security services, patrol the site, monitor access, and respond to incidents while maintaining a professional security presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver's license in the state of the job.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology data center by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center buildings, exterior areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate security-related logs and documentation.
• Support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and client security-related requirements.
