Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site‑specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry records, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond to access‑related incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking facilities, and surrounding perimeter.
• Maintain logs, complete incident reports, and communicate information to leadership.
