Qualifications

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly following protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and hazards per procedures.
• Assist with access control, visitor processing, and credential checks to deter unauthorized entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and parking areas; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the location.
• Monitor and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, damaged property, and potential hazards to appropriate site contacts in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with access control, visitor processing, credential checks, and documentation of patrols and incidents, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
