Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Perimeter Patrol Driver in El Segundo, CA. You will provide unarmed security, conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and assist with badge and access-control tasks while delivering courteous customer service.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license as required by policy.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
CPR certification preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check as required by law.
Drug screen to be completed as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures and policies.
Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per site protocols and notify the appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor records.
Prepare accurate activity reports and communicate observations to leadership.
