Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law and policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials and direct guests.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, document observations and notify personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports with a professional presence.
