Allied Universal in Saint Charles, MO, is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer to monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a secure environment at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization, report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations and notify site contacts or emergency services.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.
