Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor/contractor authorization, report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations and notify site contacts or emergency services.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications.

Pay Rate: $18.19 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while supporting a professional, customer-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
