Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a high-end retail location following security procedures.
• Monitor access points, greet and direct visitors, observe activity with a professional presence.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, escalating as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols across the retail site, including sales areas and stockrooms.
• Document observations and security activities, communicating to site leadership.
